1. Job Description:

1. Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, patching, and priming

2. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

3. Select and mix paint colors to match client preferences

4. Ensure quality and consistency in all painting projects

5. Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed

6.Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

2. Qualifications:

1. Experience with house painter preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

2. Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools

3. Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and various surfaces

4. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs

5. Strong attention to detail and precision
