1. Job Description:

1. Install, repair and replace roof systems (shingles, metal, tile, flat roofs)

2. Inspect roofs for damage, leaks or wear and recommend solutions

3. Measure and cut materials to exact specifications

4. Complete installation using hand and power tools

5. Ensure installation meets industry standards and customer expectations

2. Qualifications:

1. Previous experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

2. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50+ pounds

3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings and specifications

4. Ability to use hand tools and equipment used in construction and installation tasks

5. Ability to follow construction site safety protocols at all times
