1. Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl and carpet

2. Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas

3. Remove old flooring, level and clean, prepare subfloor

4. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installation

5. Ensure installation meets industry standards and customer expectations

2. Qualifications:

1. Experience with flooring installation preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

2. Ability to work with a variety of flooring materials (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, etc.)

3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings and specifications

4. Ability to use hand tools and equipment used in construction and installation tasks

5. Ability to follow construction site safety protocols at all times
